The chicken parmy was pink in the center. Staff were rude and offered no solution after they deemed the food cooked and stuck their unprotected fingers in it to check. When asked what I do now that they won't fix the issue and stuck their fingers in my food the staff replied with "you weren't going to eat it anyways". Requested to speak to a manager and was refused twice before the staff begrudgingly agreed to fix it or offer half of a refund (for one meal, not the total bill). Not worth offering business.
